Booking terms
The terms applied to bookings made on this site.
Payment
Every booking must be guaranteed by a valid credit card on the arrival date.
20% of the total is charged when booking. The remaining 80% is charged 15 days before arrival.
Payment methods: Transferência bancária, MB WAY, Multibanco, Cartão de crédito, PayPal.
Cancellation
Cancellations made at least 30 days in advance are free of charge. After that a 20% fee applies. Cancellations less than 15 days before arrival are charged in full.
Changes
Changes are subject to availability and to any rate differences.
For changes to the number of guests or dates, contact us directly and we will do our best to help.
Please give at least 15 days notice for changes.
House rules
- Check-in: 15:00 - 22:00 (let us know your arrival time; after 10 pm only on request)
- Check-out: by 11:00
- Quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am
- Bookings from age 18
- Children welcome; free cot for ages 0 to 2, on request
- No pets
- No tourist tax
